These Terms of Service govern your use of Time Clock App (the Service) provided by Sorovan Inc. (the Company).
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service is a time and attendance management application using stationary tablets.
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
The Service is free for up to 1 user.
For multiple users, a fixed monthly fee of ¥780 (tax included) / $9.69 per month applies. A 30-day free trial period is available.
Unauthorized use, disassembly, reverse engineering, or any activities violating applicable laws are prohibited.
Activities that infringe upon the rights of the Company or third parties, or interfere with Service operations are also prohibited.
The Service is provided as-is without any warranties, express or implied.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
